Many thanks for your letter of the l5th and remittance of 
$4, 25 for which I attach our receipt, 


Regarding the 1834 Half Dime, while thanking you very 
much for your trouble, Iam sorry to say it has been decided that it 
is not worth paying this amount to add it to the Set, especially in view 
of the publicity the Set has now received and in which it has been both 
illustrated and described as missing two coins,including the Half Dime, 
I am not surprised that the owners decided against purchasing it, and 
I would again apologise for the trouble to which you have been put, and 
I am glad you asked me first before going ahead,
